Whenever you request a page from our Website, navigation data such as your computer’s Internet Protocol [“IP”] address, browser type and version, operating system, time and date of your visit, and other statistics are stored in a data log file. We aggregate this anonymous data and use it for statistical purposes, helping us to improve the navigation, usability, and content of our Website. We may also share this data in aggregate form with others.

Collection and Disclosure of Personal Information

Personal information is data used to identify or contact a specific individual. Stonebridge Learning will only collect personal information when you choose to provide it directly to us and expressly consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Stonebridge Learning will never sell your personal information for advertising or other purposes and will keep it confidential except as provided in this policy. Some of Stonebridge Learning's third-party providers may collect personal information from you. This information is collected to identify you as a User and to provide you with services and support. Your information may be updated at any time by editing your profile, available when you are logged into Vitruvius LMS. To delete a User Account, please contact us at info@stonebridgelearning.com.

Stonebridge Learning will send you administrative emails related to your use of Vitruvius LMS; you cannot opt out of these emails. We will never email you to ask for your password or other account information. If you receive such an email, please notify us so we can investigate the matter.

Users who choose to register for a Stonebridge Learning course become Students. Student User Accounts track information about progress in registered courses. Course registration fees, if applicable, are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your personal information will be subject to their privacy, security, and terms of use policies. If you register for a course using a passcode from a Stonebridge Learning Client, only your name and certain information about your registration in and completion of contracted courses will be shared with them.

Stonebridge Learning Clients will have a Client User Account providing access to certain information about student registrations and completions in contracted courses.
