Course Description
Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 requires federal agencies to consider the effects of their actions on historic properties as part of project planning. This course will dispel the myths of Section 106 and give you the background needed to participate in consultation, whether you are approaching it from the federal side, as a consulting party, or as a member of the public.
